A. Correct, Submitting yourself to God is not works, its an act of faith
Repent means "to change mind". you repent from your sinful nature, and theres only one way to repent from your sinfull nature, Giving your whole sinfull life to God.
Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, 9 not of works, so that no one should boast.
